“Cooking without parents”

The Hospitality and Culinary Arts School of Barcelona has worked together with the Diputació de Barcelona in the edition of the recipe book “Cooking without Parents” that the Service of Public Healt has elaborated thinking in teenagers. This material pretends to be an educational tool with the aim of teaching a very simple way to practice a healthy diet.

In this recipe book, teenagers will find different advices to learn how to be healthy, by example, the meaning of a balanced diet, how to buy groceries at the supermarket, which substitutive do they have for the food they don’t like…

This project main gold is to invite and encourage teenagers to cook by themselves and enjoy a delicious but healthy diet.
