Days of the Iberian ham

A campaign to lay the foundations of the culture of pure Iberian Ham and Iberian

ASICI, the Iberian Pig AIC organizes a popularizing effort with the qualities of purebred Iberian and Iberian ham as protagonists.

It aims to inform consumers of the real meaning of each of the qualities to succeed in Iberian ham choice every day.

Consider the final consumer, prescribers and the press, the main targets of the action.

And as prescribers of tomorrow, held a demonstration at the School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Service of Barcelona  to explain concepts, taught the correct cut of ham and offer a tasting of different varieties and qualities to the students of culinary arts.
