Continuing the program of activities for students who are about to finish his studies inHigher Grade Restoration, on Friday, March 2 we visited the brand new Hotel ArtsBarcelona, managed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. We attended Ignasi Rosell, a former student of our school and currently holds the position of chief operating officer ofcatering Hotel Arts.
On this visit, toured the facilities of restaurants, kitchens, warehouse / commissary / storage, function rooms, public areas and several models of rooms.
