The first step before starting a career is the work experience in one of the many and most prestigious companies in the hospitality sector and tourism sector, with which the Centre collaborates.
As a pre-condition for achieving formal qualifications, our students must complete an apprenticeship. It can be carried out, in the case of Cooking, Food Service and Bakery and Pastry, partly in School, and partly in establishments approved by the school, where students complete their training in workplaces (FCT) .
Being a foundation school of the Hotels Association and the Guild of Food in Barcelona, it has a direct relationship with the best companies in the sector at regional, national and international levels. The school is open to making new agreements with companies as long as these meet the standards set by it.
In the case of the special accommodation, all practices are done at the end of the school year in approved establishments.
